Anna and Ricca’s bed and breakfast is located in the heart of the citycenter of Reggio Emilia, along the Corso where Crostolo once flowed: a miniature Broadway lined with trees, in the Roman and medieval town structure, on which the magnificent Basilica della Madonna della Ghiara, the ancient Palazzo Ducale and of the Province, the refined exhibition center of Palazzo Magnani, the small jewel of the Oratorio del Cristo and ancient private palaces. On Piazza Roversi, known as del Cristo, among these, brought to its present form in 1893 for the noblewoman Maddalena Manodori Cocchi, the palace that houses the study-house on the main floor with the bed and breakfast is aligned.

Walking 🚶‍♀️

A pleasant walk through the center of Reggio Emilia If you arrive by train and you want to reach your hotel accommodation on foot in less than half an hour: walk along the avenue in front of the station (Viale IV Novembre) Walking on the right-hand side until At the intersection with the Ring Road, cross and coast the so-called white skyscraper that you find on the right, take always right Via Emilia San Pietro and walk under the beautiful arcades on the left side of the ancient Roman road you arrive To Piazza del Monte. Take a look to the right towards the theatre and the public gardens but take one of the short roads to the left leading to Piazza del Duomo (Piazza Prampolini). Admire the cathedral dedicated to the assumption whose high-relief statue towers gilded on the façade tower, note the elliptical volume of the Sala del Tricolor where our national flag was born and take, under the arch on the right of the town hall, Via Farini. Here you will also find the tourist information office over Abar with expanses and the Panizzi library. Via Farini ends on Corso Garibaldi, in front of you slightly to the left you will see on the first floor the balcony of your bed and breakfast.
