A lovely studio apartment in the citycenter of Reggio, a few steps from our Bed and Breakfast: it offers the possibility to stay for both long and short periods but with a great autonomy.

Recently restructured, you’ll find it at the second floor (without elevator) and it is completely independent: it has a fully equipped kitchenette with independent heating and hot water production, television and wi-fi; it is completed by a cellar on the ground floor. In the renovated bathroom you will find a comfortable shower, the washing machine and the hairdryer. You can easily close the double sofa-bed and freely enjoy the typical room overlooking the street of the “terraced” houses of the citycenter. The studio ViaDellaViteTre, from the traditional name of the street, has preserved traces in the decorations of the ceilings of the structure given at the beginning of the twentieth century to the building of ancient origin.

It is located in a pedestrian area in a street with small craft shops and public places, lively until evening, but silent at night. Adjacent to the ring roads, it is also accessible by car, as upon request we provide authorization for transit and stop in the ZTL. You will also find a pay parking in Piazzale Fiume 50 meters away from the apartment, and a free one in Via Cecati, 200 meters away. Close to public transport services – it is connected to the Station by Line 4 (Coop-Corso Garibaldi stop 30 meters away) – and food shops of all types and supermarkets.
